LegrandCRM allows end users to create multiple activity notes for a selection of contacts.

This feature can be found by firstly selecting the contacts and then a right click will bring you a new menu option.

In this new menu choose the option [Assign] and then [Add Activity Note For Selected].

This will allow you to create an activity note, but remember the activity note will be have the same date, time, summary, note information etc for all.

The activity note created can also be linked to a customer service, campaign and opportunity record should you wish.
