To enable Web Edition access for a user you must first enable this option in their User account profile in desktop CRM

Navigate to the User Account profile under the Admin menu in the desktop CRM



Make sure that ‘Has Web Access’ is ticked ON



Users can reset their Web password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ in the login screen.

Ensure the User Name entered is the same as the User Login in the above screen (e.g. Sue in this example)
