Once you have successfully downloaded and installed the E-Marketing sync installer, an entry for Legrand Campaign Sync will appear in your All Programs menu.

  1. Launch the Legrand Campaign Sync.



  2. Click on the +New Connection button.



  3. Fill in the details of your Legrand CRM SQL database (the details are the same as those used by your Legrand CRM client), and click Test



    You should see the following screen. If it fails, please double check with your IT Administrator that the details you inputted are correct.


  4. Click on the Save button and you will be moved to the marketing provider screen:
  5. Select the appropriate provider, type a connection name (please use only letters and / or numbers in the name) and click the Use Selected Marketing Provider button. You will returned to the main screen with a new connection available. You can continue to set up further connections if you have more than one database or wish to sync with multiple marketing campaign managers.



  6. At the main screen, select the connection and click on the Connect icon.



  7. You will now be presented with the Constant Contact login screen. Please login using your Constant Contact account details.



  8. As Legrand CRM will be accessing the information in Constant Contact, please select Allow to continue.




Congratulations! Legrand CRM and your Constant Contact are now successfully connected.
