If you are seeing a yellow screen when trying to create or open an ‘Activity Note’, what you are seeing is a highly magnified view of your ‘Activity Note’ screen.
Legrand CRM uses a file called “crm.user” in your “My Documents\Legrand Software” directory to store windows size settings for all your Legrand pop-up screens.
Somehow the data in this file has been corrupted and that is why you are experiencing this error.
The solution is to:
1. Exit Legrand CRM
2. Navigate to My Documents à Legrand Software
3. Delete the file named ‘crm.user’
